Gequ Info provides professional computer systems design, computer integrated systems design, and related technical consulting services. Our services are subject to these terms and any additional agreements made between you and Gequ Info.

Fees for our services will be agreed upon in separate service agreements. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our services.
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services. Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gequ Info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and pay any outstanding fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dongfang City, Hainan Province, China.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
